Exchanges are allowed within the time slot of 12 PM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
Exchanges are not available on weekends.
Refunds are not provided. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage in the product, we will exchange the item upon presentation of valid payment proof.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product thoroughly before purchasing.
Keep your payment receipt safe as it is mandatory for exchanges.
